School Transition

Pre-school transition is conducted in fourth term through a number of school visits which allows the children to get a feel for the school and meet some of their teachers. Leading up to these visits the school will provide the necessary information to parents of pre-school children who have completed the enrolment process. The majority of the pre-school children come from Seaford Rise Kindergarten which is adjacent to the school.

Students who are moving into secondary school begin their formal transition process in term one when enrolling at Seaford Secondary College which directly communicates with prospective families. Seaford Secondary School is a progressive and well regarded school which the vast majority of our graduating students attend. Transition programs for other secondary options are coordinated by various schools in the district.
